Einen schönen Sonntag liebe Blogger,
Ich wollte Euch nur schnell den Grund für meine lange Blog Abwesenheit vorstellen! Das ist Maggie unser neustes Familienmitglied. Sie ist ein Border Collie, heute zwölf Wochen alt  und seit zwei Wochen ein neues Mitglied unserer Familie. Maggie isst auch sehr gerne Stoffe und Nähzubehör...Deshalb muss ich sie jetzt erst einmal damit vertraut machen, wie man mit Stoffen umzugehen hat....Außerdem geht es mit unserer neuen Küche endlich weiter...Etwas Kreatives gibt es also erst wieder kurz vor Ostern...Bis dahin bewundere ich eure Werke alles Gute und eine schöne Zeit

Hello in Bloggerland...

I would like to introduce you to our new family member. Her name is Maggie. She is a Border Collie , twelve weeks old and as you can imagine, quite a handfull of joy....She loves fabric by the way, escpecially the tase of it...Now it´s my turn to teach her what else to do with fabric:)...We are pretty busy with the construction of our new kitchen at the moment...So hopefully I can show you some of my new projects before easter...That´s it for now... Hallo Ihr im Bloggerland, ich lebe noch. Habe ja zuletzt geschrieben, dass ich mich um mein Nähzimmer kümmere... D.h. Farbe aussuchen, Teppich finden usw. also viel mehr andere Tätigkeiten als Nähen...Habe noch eine Tasche für meine Nachbarin gemacht...Sie mag lieber die traditionell romantischen Stoffe, und ich glaube damit habe ich ihren Geschmack getroffen...Hoffe ich habe demnächst wieder mehr Zeit für´s Nähen...Bis dahin LG

Hi my quilting friends out there,didn´t post for a while because I was really busy with the preparation for my sewing room. I had to find the right paint.Now I´m leaning towards a nice grey /blue from Farrow and Ball, a british paint supplier.I still need

a nice carpet,and other supplies... You get the picture..

I spend the entire last weekend to figure out our

new little gadget, an Apple TV...It drove

me nuts...After spending countless hours to figure it out, I finally got to watch the first movie late sunday evening...I could go on about this subject for ever... But let´s blog about nicer things like this bag, I made for my great neighbour...It was her birthday present and she really liked it...The fabric btw  is from the Netherlands. My Mom bought it a coupple years ago and she got several yards of it:)...That´s it for now...
